Nirvaya Foods is a cashew processing company built around a single purpose: to bring the finest cashew kernels from source to shelf with full integrity. We source raw cashew nuts directly from trusted partners across West and East Africa and process them at our facilities in Panruti, Tamil Nadu and Guwahati, Assam.
We serve FMCG brands, dry fruit wholesalers, food manufacturers, and export houses — with consistent grading, documented quality, and reliable supply across all standard and scorched grades.

Raw cashew nuts grow on the cashew apple — a tropical fruit found across the coastal regions of West and East Africa. We source directly at origin, ensuring quality before the nut ever leaves the farm.

The largest white whole grade. Approx. 160–180 nuts per lb. Selected for premium gifting, luxury retail, and food service where presentation is paramount.

Approx. 200–210 nuts per lb. A large, visually striking kernel bridging the 180 and 240. Favoured for premium branded snacking and specialty dry fruit packs.

Fine irregular broken pieces and granules. Most economical grade — used in mithai, granola, seasoning blends, and large-scale industrial food processing.

Our two processing units are positioned in regions with generations of cashew expertise — Panruti in Tamil Nadu, one of India's oldest cashew hubs, and Guwahati in Assam, serving Northeast and Eastern India efficiently.
Both units operate under strict hygiene protocols with dedicated quality checks at every stage of processing.
Located in Tamil Nadu's cashew heartland, our Panruti unit handles the core of our white-kernel grading and packing with access to established sourcing and trade networks across South India.
Our Assam unit serves Northeast India and enables efficient dispatch to Bengal, Bihar, and Odisha — significantly reducing lead times for buyers in Eastern India.
